About Nirman
We Don’t Just Build Software. We Architect Outcomes.
At Nirman Labs, we are driven by the vision of harnessing technology to empower businesses, enhance human experiences, and contribute to a sustainable future. Our mission is clear: to deliver cutting-edge solutions that drive growth, efficiency, and transformative outcomes for our clients and the community at large.
Our Philosophy
The Meaning of "Nirman"
In Sanskrit, Nirman means the act of building, constructing, or creating. But in the world of high-stakes technology, it represents the discipline of construction. Most digital products fail because they are built on assumptions. We build on Foundations of Fact.
Most digital products fail because they are built on a “black box” of assumptions. We believe that technology should be transparent, resilient, and measurable. We don’t run experiments with your capital. We use data-driven blueprints to ensure every line of code serves a strategic purpose. Whether we are modernizing a legacy system or deploying agentic AI, our philosophy remains the same: Build for the outcome, not just the launch.
Our Four Pillars of Certainty
Agentic Intelligence
Autonomy Over Automation, Automation follows a script; Intelligence reasons through a problem. We believe the future belongs to agentic systems AI that doesn’t just process data but understands intent, plans ahead, and executes complex logic autonomously.
Cloud Infrastructure & Modernization
Infrastructure as Integrity, A company’s scale is limited by its weakest link. We treat cloud infrastructure as the silent backbone of a business. To us, modernization isn’t just about moving to the cloud; it’s about engineering systems to be invisible, invincible, and infinitely scalable.
High-Concurrency Engineering
The Discipline of Construction, “It works on my machine” is a failure. We focus on high-concurrency engineering because the real world is messy and high-pressure. We build software that stays calm under the weight of a million users.
Evidence-Based Design (UI/UX)
Cognitive Design, Design is the psychology of the user in visual form. We don’t care about “pretty” if it isn’t functional. Our design philosophy is rooted in reducing cognitive load making the complex feel simple and the intuitive feel invisible.
Our Team
Products are only as good as the people who make them. Nirman Techlab is a group of curious and motivated technologists dedicated to building excellent products that have a lasting impact on the world.

Frequently Asked Questions
When was Nirman Techlab founded?
Nirman Techlab was founded in 2019 in Surat, Gujarat, India. “Nirman” means “construction” in Sanskrit. The company started with a mission to bring world-class software engineering and AI expertise to enterprises and startups. Over the past five years, we’ve grown to 11-50 engineers and expanded our services across AI engineering, custom software development, and modern cloud architecture. We’re still early in our journey but have already delivered meaningful impact for clients across multiple continents.
Who leads the Nirman Techlab team?
Nirman Techlab is led by CEO Milan Savaliya, who founded the company with a vision to combine deep engineering expertise with a genuine partnership approach to client work. Milan previously worked on various big tech companies and bringing hands-on experience in the technical challenges our clients face. Our leadership team is composed of senior engineers and architects who maintain technical credibility and stay involved in project execution, not just sales and strategy.
How large is your engineering team?
We currently have 11-50 engineers depending on project phases and seasonal hiring. Our team includes full-stack engineers, AI specialists, cloud architects, DevOps engineers, and product designers. Rather than grow purely for growth’s sake, we prioritize hiring experienced builders who can take ownership of complex problems and mentor junior engineers. This means we stay lean, focused, and effective. We’re always open to exceptional talent, if you’re interested in joining reach out.
What is Nirman Techlab's mission?
Our mission is to deliver exceptional AI and software engineering to enterprises and startups who are solving hard problems. We believe that access to world-class engineering should not be limited to tech giants or well-funded startups. By partnering with thoughtful leadership teams and leveraging modern technology, we help ambitious companies build systems that scale, last, and create real competitive advantage. We’re also committed to advancing the field through thought leadership on AI, complex systems, and emerging technologies.
What technologies does your team specialize in?
Our core tech stack includes Golang(backend) ,Python (backend, ML, data engineering), Node.js (backend and full-stack), Vue/Nuxt.js(frontend) and React/Next.js (frontend). On the cloud side, we’re AWS-first with deep expertise in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code. For AI and ML, we work extensively with large language models (Claude, OpenAI), RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), LangChain, LangGraph, and other agentic frameworks. We also have strong experience in database architecture (relational and NoSQL), real-time systems, and distributed computing. Our technology choices are always aligned with project requirements, not personal preference, we evaluate tools for each challenge rather than defaulting to what we know.
Do you have experience with regulated industries (healthcare, finance)?
Yes, extensively. We have delivered systems for healthcare providers and fintech platforms that handle sensitive patient and financial data. We understand regulatory requirements like HIPAA (healthcare), PCI-DSS (payment processing), and SOC 2. Our security practices include encryption, secure authentication, audit logging, and compliance frameworks. We’ve also implemented systems for insurance companies processing claims. If you’re in a regulated industry, we can speak confidently about compliance requirements and architectural patterns that satisfy them. Check our case studies page for examples, or contact us to discuss your specific compliance needs.
What certifications or partnerships does Nirman Techlab hold?
We’re an AWS-competent partner with deep expertise in their ecosystem. Our engineers hold various certifications in cloud architecture, Kubernetes, and modern development practices. We also maintain active partnerships with frameworks and tools we use frequently (LangChain, Docker, etc.). While certifications are helpful, we’re more focused on demonstrated capability and real-world impact. Our portfolio and client references speak louder than credentials. If specific certifications are important for your project, we can pursue them as part of engagement planning.
How does Nirman Techlab stay current with emerging technologies like AGI?
We invest in continuous learning and research. Our team actively explores emerging AI capabilities, and attends AI conferences. We maintain a research and engineering blog where we share insights on new technologies and their practical implications. We also set aside 10-15% of our time for experimentation and R&D not billable to clients, but essential for staying sharp. This approach means we’re not just reacting to AGI trends, we’re thinking proactively about how advances in AI will reshape software engineering, and we help our clients do the same. It’s part of how we deliver lasting value instead of solutions that become obsolete in two years.
