Do you offer end-to-end development or just consulting?
We offer full end-to-end development from initial discovery and architecture design through implementation, deployment, and ongoing support. We don’t just advise; we build. However, if you need pure consulting or architecture review, we can structure engagements that way. Most of our clients prefer the full delivery model because it ensures accountability and quality from start to finish.
Can you help us with AI integration into existing systems?
Yes, absolutely. AI integration into legacy systems is one of our specialties. We assess your current infrastructure, design RAG systems that connect to your existing data sources, implement agentic AI workflows, and ensure seamless integration without major rewrites. We handle data pipeline setup, security protocols, and compliance requirements making enterprise AI accessible regardless of your existing tech stack.

How do you price your services?
Pricing depends on engagement type and scope. We offer Time & Materials (T&M), fixed-price projects, and dedicated team models. For T&M, you pay for actual hours worked; for fixed-price, we estimate scope and deliver for an agreed price, for dedicated teams, you get a committed group of engineers. We provide transparent estimates during discovery and can discuss which model fits your budget and project needs.
What engagement models do you offer?
We offer three primary engagement models:
- Dedicated Team full-time developers committed to your project,
- Fixed-Price Projects defined scope with guaranteed delivery date and price,
- Time & Materials flexible model where you pay for actual hours.
We also offer hybrid models and can adjust based on your requirements. Each model is designed for different project phases and uncertainty levels.
Can you scale your team up or down based on our needs?
Yes. If you’re working with a dedicated team model, we can adjust team size as your project evolves—ramping up during high-intensity phases and scaling back during stabilization. This flexibility is built into our engagement approach. We maintain a bench of available engineers and can onboard additional team members with minimal disruption to maintain project continuity.
Do you provide post-launch support and maintenance?
Absolutely. We offer comprehensive post-launch support including bug fixes, performance optimization, security updates, and new feature development. We can structure this as a retainer (fixed monthly cost), as-needed support, or a full dedicated maintenance team. Long-term support ensures your systems stay secure, performant, and aligned with evolving business requirements.
